We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal.  If you need to make other payment arrangements, please email us for information and approval.  Payment must be received in full before your order will be processed.


Our standard form of shipping is USPS Priority Mail, and once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Orders will only be shipped to valid street addresses or P.O. boxes within the 50 states of the United States of America. Shipping charges are based on an instant quote from USPS when your order is placed. This method is much more accurate than blanket shipping costs based on the price amount of your order and will end up saving you and us money!


While we strive to ship your order as quickly as possible, our shipping estimates are not guarantees. If you need an item by a specific date, please email us and we’ll work with you to meet your deadline. If you prefer a different shipping method, please email us before placing your order.


Due to the custom nature of our products, we typically cannot accept returns. However, if your item does not arrive as it was ordered or approved because of an error made by us, we will absolutely replace it at no cost to you! If the error was yours, we will still work with you to redo the order as quickly as possible at a 40% discount. If you need to make a return or have any problems with your order, please email us WITHIN 24 HOURS of receiving the incorrect product. After 24 hours, we will not be able to process your return.
